Jesse Tarr
Editorial Roots. Executive Presence.
Jesse Tarr brings something casting rarely finds in one person: an editorial pedigree and the real-world credibility of a working executive.
Jesse began his career with MC2 Model Management (2010–2012), shooting with Bruce Weber for VMAN Magazine and appearing in Brookstone's winter catalog and Oh La La Magazine. His early book was built with photographers Sean Watters, Greg Vaughn, and Kevin McDermott in New York and Scott Hoover in Los Angeles.
Off camera, Jesse is the founder of City Permit, a permit-expediting firm he grew from a Washington, D.C. operation into a national practice serving residential and commercial clients. A Florida International University business graduate who completed U.S. Marine Corps Officer Candidates School, he brings discipline, reliability, and the easy confidence of someone who leads teams and manages clients every day.
Now returning to the industry with The Mixson Method, Jesse has reunited with photographer Sean Watters for new 2026 digitals. At 6'0" with an athletic build and a grounded, classic look, he is a natural fit for executive and business roles, athletic and sportswear lifestyle, workwear, and mature menswear campaigns. Based in Miami and available to travel internationally.
